How an account starts

From a first call to the first monthly report

  1. 01

    Step 1: A call or a form

Tell us the community name, the number of homes and whether you have a vendor now.

  2. 02

Step 2: A walk of the grounds

A board member or your manager walks the property with us and we mark the scope map.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The board packet

A scope table, a visit calendar, a sample report and notices, ready for your next meeting.

  4. 04

    Step 4: The first month

The first report checks that the scope and the property agree, and the board sees any line that needs to move.

Questions

A few things managers ask first

Can you work around our pool and clubhouse hours?

Yes. The route is set at the walk so noisy work avoids the busiest hours.

Do you carry your own equipment?

Yes. Crews arrive with their own mowers, trimmers, blowers and trailers and take the debris away.

Can you serve a gated community?

Yes. Gate codes or a guard list go in the scope map, and the crew leader signs in as the board prefers.

Start with a walk

A walk of the grounds is how every board packet begins.
