How it works
What a monthly check looks like
Done in the same order each month so the reports compare.
- 01
Map the zones
The first visit numbers every zone on the scope map, with the clock it belongs to.
- 02
Run each zone
We watch each zone run, look for dry patches and overspray, and note anything hitting a walk or a road.
- 03
Fix and list
Small repairs are made on the spot. Larger ones are listed with a photo and a location.
- 04
Report
The monthly report shows what was found, what was fixed and what waits for a decision.
Questions
Questions about watering
Who sets the watering days?
The water management district and your city do. We set each clock to the rule in force and note any change in the monthly report.
What if a mower breaks a head?
It is replaced on the visit when the cost is under your approval limit, and it is listed in the report either way.
Do you work on pumps and wells?
Pumps, wells and backflow devices go to a specialist. We list what we see and who to call.
Ask for a zone map
The first visit numbers every zone, so the reports start from a shared map.
